Basheer probably murdered for money: Police

Mangalore, Dec 24: The police who are investigating the murder of Basheer, a dry fruits seller in Central Market, suspect that he was killed for money. However, clues are still not available. 

On the morning of Sunday, Basheer left home as usual. In the evening, his family tried to contact him over the mobile, but he did not respond. 

The police found his body on Monday in Jeppinamogaru just when his family members were going to lodge a missing person case at the police station.
