4 Boys from a Family Drown in River

4 boys of the same family, of whom 3 were siblings, drowned when they were swimming in a river in Kasargod on Saturday. 

The fire force personnel and the local people fished out the bodies of the brothers Ajith (14), Ajeesh (16), and Abhilash, and their cousin Rathan Kumar (15) from River Eruthumkadavau at Uchamkode near Kasargod. The boys had become victims of powerful under currents in the river, said reliable sources. 

The bodies have been taken to the General Hospital here. P Karunakaran, the local MP, and C H Kunhambu, the MLA of Manjeshwaram, paid their respects to the dead.
