Head constable dies of heart attack

Mangaluru, Oct 3, 2023: An on-duty head constable working with City Armed Reserve (CAR) police in Mangaluru died of heart attack on Tuesday.

The police man, Somanna Gowda Chaudhary (31) of Vijayapura was said to have suffered a heart stroke and collapsed and lost consciousness. He was soon shifted to Wenlock Hospital where he was declared ’brought dead’.

He was married and was working with Mangaluru City Police since the last seven years.
