Duo arrested for ganja consumption

Mangaluru, Dec 8, 2019:  Police have arrested two persons who were found consuming ganja  near Panambur. Those arrested are Nikhil (19) of Chelyar and Mohammad Razik (32) of Mukka. Both of them have been handed over to the custody of Panambur police.
