Man Dies while saving Child from Drunken Father

Kasargod, Nov 5: A man rushed to the rescue of a 3-and-a-half year old boy who was being attacked with a knife by his drunken father and later died of stab wounds in Elerithattu, Kasargod.

The deceased has been identified as Santhosh (32), neighbor of the child’s father, who had attacked the child following a drunken quarrel with his wife. 

Police sources have revealed that the child’s father has been arrested and that the case is being investigated.
