Train services from and to M’luru central changes

Mangaluru: To allow for track relaying work between Nethravathi and Ullal, timings of the following train services will follow a change : The service of Train Number (No) 22609 Mangaluru Central-Coimbatore Intercity Express, scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 11.45 am, is rescheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 12.55 pm on April 27 and May 2 (Delayed by one hour and 10 minutes).

Similarly, the service of Train No 22609 Mangaluru Central-Coimbatore Intercity Express, scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 11.45 hours, is rescheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 1 pm on April 29 and 30 (Delayed by one hour and 15 minutes), said a press release from Palakkad Division PRO M K Gopinath.

Due to engineering work at Melpakkam of Chennai Division, a few train services will be revised temporarily. 

Partial cancellation  : The service of Train No 22638 Mangaluru Central to Puratchi Thalaivar Dr M G Ramachandran Central West Coast Express, originating on April 27 from Mangaluru Central Station, will be short terminated at Jolarpettai Junction and partially cancelled between Jolarpettai to Puratchi Thalaivar Dr M G Ramachandran Central Railway Station.

Also, Train No 12601 Puratchi Thalaivar Dr M G Ramachandran Central to Mangaluru Central, originating from Puratchi Thalaivar
Dr M G Ramachandran Central on April 28, will be partially cancelled between Puratchi Thalaivar Dr M G Ramachandran Central to Jolarpettai.

The service of Train No 17605 Mangaluru Central to Kacheguda, originating from Mangaluru Central on April 27, will be diverted to run via Katpadi, Tirupathi and Renigunta (Instead of Katpadi- Melpakkam-Arakkonam- Renigunta, without skipping scheduled stoppages).
