City girls win medals in Commonwealth Bench Press Championship

Mangaluru, Dec 2, 2018: Venizia Annie Carlo from I BCom, St Aloysius College won two gold medals in the sub-junior equipped and unequipped National Bench Press Championship which was held in Pune from November 14 to 19.

Rachael Flora Noronha of I BCom in St Aloysius College won two silver medals in the same event.

Both have been declared eligible for the Commonwealth Bench Press Championship which is expected to be held in Canada.
