Mangalore, Aug 26, 2014: Press reports inform; The Vasco da Gama – Velankanni special train (07323) will leave Vasco-daGama at 12 noon on August 27 and reach Velankanni at 12.25 pm the next day, Velankanni – Vasco da Gama special train (07324) will leave Velankanni at 9.45 pm on August 28 and reach Vasco da Gama at 9.30 pm the next day. The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 3-tier, 14 sleeper class, 4 general second class and 2 luggage-cumbrake van coaches with accommos dation for the differently abled.

The trains will have stoppages at Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Bhatkal, Kundapura, Udupi, Suratkal, Mangalore Junction, Kannur, Kozhikode, Shoranur Junction., Palakkad, Coimbatore, Erode, Karur, Tiruchchirappalli, Tiruvarur and Nagapattinam.
