Mangaluru, Feb 24, 2019: DySP  city traffic and crime department Uma Prashanth, has been promoted as superintendent of police (SP) of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).

Uma Prashanth has earlier worked on assignments at Bengaluru, Kunigal, and as Karwar deputy commissioner of police.

In the backdrop of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, several top officials are being shuffled.
