Two fined in Sullia for fishing in temple lake

Sullia, July 27, 2017: In reports from Sullia, 2 persons who caught fish from the temple lake at Todikana, Sullia, were arrested by the police on July 26,  Wednesday.

The persons from Andhra Pradesh origin have been frequently visiting the temple from the past few days. Seems they caught about 20 mahseer fishes and tried to decamp with the same.  The temple staff caught the thieves and handed over to the police.

The miscreants were later made to confess their crime before the presiding deity of the temple and pay the penalty.
