Temperature remains high on M’luru coast.

MANGALURU: The coastal city and suuroundings, continued to experience high temperature as earlier in the week,  the city recorded maximum temperature of 37.5 degree celsius, the second highest temperature recorded since 2005 for February month. This is plus 5 degree celsius higher than normal maximum for the month.  The minimum temperature dipped by a degree from normal minimum to 21.2 degree celsius. The all-time record for February month has been 38.2 degree celsius which was recorded in February 28, 2012. The next highest is at 37.4 degree celsius on February 14, 2013, making today the second hottest day in the last 10 years.
