Norway Citizen Loses Bag in Crowded Mangalore Bus

A citizen of Norway, Rina Victoria Angel (24), who is in Mangalore for research work, was robbed of her bag containing her mobile phone, visa, ATM card, and Rs. 49 when she was travelling from University College to Moti Mahal, Hampankatta, by bus. 

Ms. Angel visited University College with regard to her research work. Her bag was stolen when she was returning to Hotel Moti Mahal, where she stays. 

Since it was the peak hour in the evening, the bus was overcrowded. At the Hampankatta signal, someone pushed from behind. As soon as Ms. Angel realized that her bag was missing, she filed a complaint at Pandeshwar Police Station. 

Mr. Angel had arrived at Mangalore a few months ago. She would be completing her research in 2 more months. Currently, she is visiting a number of universities and colleges with regard to her research work.
