Lioness Shobha Bhaskaran to exhibit her works of art

Mangalore, Dec 16: Lioness Shobha Bhaskaran will present an exhibition of her works of art “Sinchana” at Prasad Art Gallery, Ballalbhag, from Dec 19 - 22.

Shoba Bhaskaran spoke to press persons at a press conference held on Dec 16. She said that 30 works of color pencil art, 3 works of charcoal pencil art, and 3 pieces of craft work will be displayed at the exhibition. She also informed journalists that these works of art were completed within a span of 8 - 9 months. The exhibition focuses on natural scenes, divine scenes, journeys on camel back, dance, and other themes.

Dr. Mohan Alva, the president of Alvas Education Foundation will inaugurate the art exhibition. Chandrashekar, the mentor of Ajanta Art School, Morgan’s Gate, will perside over the inauguration ceremony. Dr. Akhtar Hussain, the director of Akhtar Art Gallery; M J F Kishore Rao, the deputy governor of Lions district 324-D5; and Dr. Ismail, the professor of Badriya Pre-university College will be the chief guests. 

Ln Bhaskaran, Ln Satish Bhandary, Lioness Mallika S Bhandary, and Ln P B Shetty were also present at the press conference.
