House burgled: Rs. 1.5 lakh gold ornaments stolen

Mangaluru, July 18, 2017: Thieves gained entry into a house and decamped with 968 gm gold ornaments worth Rs.1.50 lakh near Mulki. The house belongs to Ganesh Kamath. The incident occurred when he, along with his wife, had been to Bengaluru. It came to light when he returned on Monday.

The thieves gained entry by breaking open the back door. A case has been registered in this regard and further investigations is on, the police said.
