Green cards will be given to poor patients: Hidayah Foundation

Mangalore, Dec 12: The Hidayah Foundation, which is based in Mangalore, issued a press release in which it stated that it will organize a free health camp on Dec 13, Sunday, in collaboration with Attavar KMC Hospital in the Zilla Panchayat Higher Primary School of Parodittayakatte in Belthangady. 

Financially backward patients will receive green cards during this camp. These cards will enable them to avail of hospital facilities worth Rs 5000, absolutely free.

The camp will be open to the public from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Qualified medical doctors, surgeons, pediatricians, gynecologists, psychiatrist, ENT specialists, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, and others from KMC Hospital will participate in this camp. 

The patients will be examined and required medication as well as spectacles will be prescribed if required, absolutely free. Patients will have to visit the hospital to conduct lab tests and also if the doctors advise them to undergo surgery.
