Excise officers nab two with 14,000 litres of liquor

Mangaluru, Apr 29, 2016: According to a media release issued on April 28, Thursday, Excise Department team arrested two persons on the charge of illegal possession of liquor at Shirror village. They are said to have been ferrying 14,000 litres of liquor manufactured in Goa.  The excise officials have also seized a mobile phone from the men.

The arrested men are, Anil Kumar (22) and Motla Naik (33), both residents of Hoovinahadagali in Ballari district, both were nabbed near Shiroor  check post.
