Educational institutes to close in Kasaragod today Sept 18

Kasaragod, Sep 18, 2017: Following an advisory from National Disaster Management Authority in Kerala all educational institutions including professional colleges will remain shut in Kasaragod and around Kerala state on September 18 following heavy rainfall activities.

 

The advisory came as there is a high probability for heavy rainfall for the next two days in the state. All public examinations have been postponed after the holiday declared by the state education department secretary on Sunday. The advisory has also asked to the people to take necessary precautionary measures to prevent any disaster.
