CIL organizes CIL Fest 2010

Mangalore, Jan 27: The Centre for Integrated Learning (CIL) and Chinmaya School will jointly organize a 2-day CIL Fest 2010 at Chinmaya School on Jan 30 – 31. 

Srinidhi, a student of CIL, said at a press conference organized in Chinmaya School on Jan 27 that CIL Fest 2010 will comprise 10 competitions such as Just a Minute (JAM), What’s the Good Word, Quiz, Debate, Tom Dick or Harry, Dumb Charades, Essay Writing, Poster Making, Spell It, and Folk Dance. These competitions, which are normally conducted at the college level, will be tried at the school level. 





Srinidhi remarked that CIL Fest 2010 is unique because it will be jointly organized by CIL Parallel School and Chinmaya School. She said that Navaras, a hobby dancers’ club, will also be associated with the fest. 

The winners of the competitions will get an opportunity to be aired on V4 Media and Big FM. Udayavani is the print media partner of the event.
