Mangaluru, Oct 18, 2019: The AIR - Akashvani Sangeet Sammelan 2019 will be organised at Ravindra Kala Bhavan, University College premises, in Hampankatta on October 19 (from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm).

All India Radio Programme Head S Ushalatha told media on Oct 17, Thursday that the concert would begin with carnatic classical Vocal recital by M S N Murthy, Vishakapatnam. The second concert will be a Hindustani percussion ‘jugalbandi’ by Ravishankar Upadhyay on Pakhawaj and Rafiuddin Saabri on tabla.

The third concert will be a carnatic classical vocal recital by T S Ramapriya, Ushalatha said. Assistant Station Engineer Ashok Kumar, Programme Executive Suryanarayana Bhat P S and AIR Mangaluru staff artists Trichy K R Kumar and Rafique Khan were present.
