Kannada Quran to be released on July 31

Mangalore, July 29, 2010: Al-Madeena and Marseen Publication will release the Quran in Kannada at Ullal Sayyed Madani Dargha on July 31. A press release issued by H. A. Abu Sufi Ya Madani, convener of the Al-Madeena and Marseen Publication, the Kannada Quran will be released by Ullal Thangal Sayyed Tajul Ulama Shaikuna. 

U. K. Monu Kanachur, the president of the Ullal Dargha Committee, will preside over the programme. The chief guests will be Udupi Khazi Bekal Ibrahim Musliyar, A. P. Aboobakar Musliyar, MLA U. T. Khader, Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, and Ullal TMC President U. A. Ismail. 

He also said that the Kannada Quran has 1,150 pages.
