Mangalore, Mar 26: Bolywood star Sunil Shetty launched Raheja Universal’s  Raheja Waterfront, a luxury residential complex at Kulai, Mangalore. Raheja Universal Ltd. (RUL), one of India’s leading real estate companies is promoting Raheja Waterfront, a luxury residential complex in Mangalore. Interacting with reporters at a press conference held at Hotel Gold Finch on March 26, Saturday, Mr. Prakash Shetty, the managing partner of Asha Builders and Developers, said that this project is a joint venture of Asha Builders and Developers and Raheja Universal Ltd.











Raheja Waterfront is conveniently located off Chitrapura Beach in Kulai along the NH 17 stretch between Suratkal and Mangalore. The bhoomi pooja will be held on March 28, Monday at 5:00 p.m., he said. Dr. V. S. Acharya, the minister for higher education, will be the chief guest of this event, which will be blessed by Shri Vidyavallabha Teerth Sripada of Chitrapura Mutt.

Mr. Shetty also said that Raheja Waterfront will feature ample car parking, tall pent houses, private open balconies for master bedrooms and living rooms, excellent connectivity, modern services, and state-of-the-art security systems.









Ashish Raheja, the managing director of Raheja Universal Ltd., said that Raheja Universal has entered into a joint development with Asha Builders and Developers in a bid to bring luxury to the doorstep of Mangaloreans. 

The highlight of the press meet, Bollywood actor and brand ambassador of Raheja Waterfront Sunil Shetty, said that this project is close to his heart and that being the brand ambassador is just one aspect of his association with Raheja Waterfront. Speaking about his fondness for Mangalore, he said that he has a strong bond with the coastal city and believes that this project has all the attributes to redefine premium living. He also said that he loves visiting his janmabhoomi for various reasons.
