Youth returning from Shah’s Malpe event attacked at Thota Bengre

Mangaluru, Feb 21, 2018: A few youth from Kasaba Bengre who had attended the  fishermen’s conference  which BJP Chief Amit Shah addressed at Malpe were attacked by unknown miscreants, while the former were returning from the event on February 20, Tuesday night.

 

 

 

The incident took place at Thota Bengre. It is not known immediately  as to whether  an altercation that took place between two groups  at Kasaba Bengre  earlier in the day might have led to this incident.

 Police security has been stepped up  in the locality to prevent any further untoward incident.
