Youth from Mandya commits suicide near Subramanya

 Subramanya , Dec 21, 2015: A teenage boy identified as Girish (18) from Mandya allegedly committed suicide at Uppukala reserve forest near Subramanya just before the weeek end. 

It is reported that Girish worked as a JCB operator in a company at Guttigar. Sources say that a person in the company had asked another employee to teach Girish to operate a mobile phone; however, the person said that he would do so after completing his work. Annoyed with this, Girish reportedly threw the mobile and behaved badly. However, Girish was not found on Friday night. On  Dec 19, Saturday morning when another operator went to a nearby river for a wash, he noticed Girish’s body hanging from a tree.

It is learnt that Girish did not have any bad habits and stress is said to be the reason for the suicide.
