Youth from Bolur arrested on charges of cricket betting

Mangaluru, June 20, 2019: Barke Police have arrested  a youth   from Bolur on the charges of  involving in cricket betting through a mobile app.

 

The arrested person is Sudesh (26). He  has been accused  of  collecting funds and involved in betting during the  World Cup match between Newzealand and South Africa.  Police arrested him following a definite tip off. Two mobile phones worth Rs 24,000 and a cash of Rs 90,000 has been seized from him.
