Youth arrested for harassing girls staying at mother’s PG hostel

Puttur, Aug 8,2017 : A youth named Naman Nayak (26) from Narimogaru has been arrested by the police on charges of  harassing girls residing at the PG accommodation run by his mother at Nellikatte.

It is said Naman used to visit the hostel during night time and harass the girls most of whom are minors.

A case has been registered against him under POCSO.

It is said he was once earlier arrested on charges of assaulting a policeman on duty.
