Youth Congress protests against unfulfilled job promise of PM

Udupi, Oct 24, 2017: The  Youth Congress which alleged that the Union Government which promised to create two crore job opportunities has failed to fulfill this promise even by 10%, staged a protest   on October 24, Tuesday by locking up the Udupi Head Post Office.

Addressing a protest meet in front of the Post Office, State Youth Congress Secretary Umesh Bore Gowda  said the PM has spent the last three years by giving mere assurances. "The Union Government is not introducing any new scheme  except for renaming the schemes of the previous government. The GDP too has reduced and the nation’s economy has completely collapsed,"  he alleged.

The protestors even locked up the main gate of the Post Office building

District Youth Congress President Vishwas Amin, Vighnesh Kini, NSUI District Chief Christon Almeida and many others were present.
