Young bike rider dies in tragic mishap near Uppala

Kasargod, Feb 24, 2018: A young  bike rider has lost his life in a serial mishap involving a bike, auto  taxi and lorry on the National Highway at Kukkar near Uppala Bandyodu on February 24, Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Abhilash (25), a resident of Kayyar. He  was on way to Bandyodu from Uppala when the mishap took place. It is said Abhilash’s bike hit an auto taxi following which he fell on to the road. A lorry which was passing that way ran over Abhilash killing him on the spot.

Manjeshwar police have registered a case.
