Woman, son jump into river, son dies

Mulki, Sep 10,2014 : A woman jumped into the Pavanje river near Mulky along with her three-and -half year-old son on Monday evening. The baby has died while she was rescued by the onlookers.

Geetha, wife of Diwakar Joisa of Manchakal had attempted to commit suicide. In her complaint to the police, she said that her husband’s brother and co sister -in-law were harassing her and the child and thus she decided to end her life.
