Woman from Moodbidri dies of cardiac arrest in London-Hong Kong flight

Mangaluru, Oct 26, 2015: A 40 year old woman from Takode  near Moodbidri who  worked in Hong Kong died due to cardiac arrest in a  London-Hong Kong flight on October 25. It is learnt, the ewoman who had accompanied the family for which she worked  in Hong Kong to London, was returning to Hong Kong  afterthe London trip when tragedy struck. She died of cardiac arrest minutes before the flight could land in Hong Kong.

The deceaed is Rita Rodrigues, wife of  Wilfred Pinto, a farmer  from Surlayi in Takode. Rita who worked in Hong Kong since several years leaves behind her husband, two daughters and a son.
