Wild elephant appears on highway; narrow escape for bike riders

Sullia, Nov 11, 2023: Riders of a bike had a narrow escape when a wild elephant appeared on the Jalsur-Kasargod inter-state highway on November 10, Friday morning.

 

The bike riders noticed the elephant as they were negotiating a curve and managed to escape. It may be recalled here that wild elephants have been destroying crops in Delampady and Bellippady areas since the past few days.
