Weapons found in 2 bikes at Saripalla ; suspects flee

Mangaluru, Aug 25,2015 :  Weapons were found in two bikes which were found abandoned in a deserted area  on a hillock at Saripalla near Kulshekhar on August 24, Monday.

Sources said local youth who saw the two bikes went near and checked only to find weapons   including machetes, sickles and a rod inside.

 

 

They even noticed two persons  sitting inside a tent amid the trees and suspected that they were the bike owners. But the duo fled the scene on seeing the locals. On checking locals found mosquito repellent coils inside. The suspicion is that they had come to the place with the plan to commit some crime.

Police who arrived at the spot seized the weapons and also the two bikes.

Further investigations are underway.
