Vittla: Stranger thrashed by public for misbehaving in the bus

Vittla, Oct 01, 2015: The locals treat a stranger black and blue for misbehaving with the school girls in the bus. The incident came to light on Wednesday, 30 September in Vittla.

The accused is identified as Santhosh Nikham .  He is a resident of Sangli in Maharastra.  A gold smith by profession.

Since September 24 , Santhosh used to travel in a bus from Perla to Vitla. He misbehaved with the school girls travelling in this bus. The girls informed the matter to their parents.

With the help of the locals, the man was caught red handed. They pulled him down the bus and was thrashed for this act.

Later handed him over to the police.
A case has been registered in Vitla Police station.
