Vittal : Man slips to death in a well

Vittal, Jan 22, 2020:  A  person  who had been to bath near the well in the  plantation, accidentally slipped and drowned on January 21, Tuesday at Pilinja in Vittla Padnur village.

 

The deceased has been identified as Somappa Poojary (58).  It is learnt, Somappa who had been for bath as usual however did not return even after a long time. When  his family members  went in search of him, he was found dead in the well.  A temporary  wooden protective wall  erected  for the well was also found  broken.

Vittal Police have registered a case.
