Mangaluru, Oct 17,2017 : Vishwa Hindu Parishad condemns the brutal mob-attack on the woman who exposed illegal cow slaughter. They allege the act of two constables who were with her got down from her car and did nothing.
Addressing the media, VHP President Jagdish Shenava said that, Slaughtering of cows should be banned. The incident reportedly took place when Nandini M, the complainant, tried to rescue cattle from an illegal slaughter house at Avalahalli near Thalaghattapura.They demanded the resigantion of the two constables who were did not act against them cow slaughterers.
He also said that on the eve of Deepavali arrangemants have been made at 120 places for the worship of cows. Devotees are reqiuested to take part in large numbers.
Bajrang Dal district convenor Bhujanga Kulal,VHP Secretary Gopal Kuthar, Umesh Kuthar and others were presesnt.
