VHP, Bajrangdal want Feb 14 to be observed as Pulwama Martyrs’ Day

Mangaluru, Feb 11, 2020:   The Vishwa Hindu  Parishad and the Bajrangdal have said that February 14 should be observed as Pulwama Martyr’s  Day instead of celebrating Valentine’s Day.

 

Speaking to reporters here on February 11, Tuesday,   Sunil K , Regional Convenor of Bajrangdal said the  VHP and Bajrangdal would urge the government to declare the day as Pulwama Martrys’  Day.

Strongly opposing Valentine’s Day celebration on that day, he also said the shops should   not sell Valentine’s Day greeting cards.

Bajrangdal leaders  Dinesh Mendon, Puneeth Attavar were present.
