Urwa Marigudi Nandakumar murder case, 3 arrested

Mangalore,  Oct 25,  2014:  According to reliable sources, Urwa police  detained three persons in connection with the Urwa Marigudi murder case. The persons are named as;Mithun Raj Vishal and Prajwal,  it is said they are residents of Ashoknagar in the north of the city.

RECAP: Body of a man was found lying near the steps of MCC Bayalu Ranga Mantapa opp Urwa Marigudi Temple on Thursday October 23 morning. The body was identified as that of a person named Nandakumar(48) later.The body had severe injuries on the head by a heavy stone like object.  Nandakumar was  a auto driver and an alcoholic he was abandoned by family and was living rough in the city.

It is stated that Nandakumat,  had a long standing quarrel with the grandfather of one Vishal some years back. This caused  Vishal to murder Nandakumar with the help of a gang. Investigations are on going in this case.
