Uppinangady : MESCOM lineman electrocuted

Puttur, June 13, 2019: A MESCOM lineman was electrocuted while undertaking repair works at Nekkilady near Uppinangady  on June 12, Wednesday.

 

The deceased is Mitya Nayak (35). He hailed from Davangere.  It has been learnt that the mishap took place  just when the electricity supply was restored after repair works.

Mitya was associated with the Uppinangady branch of MESCOM.
