Uppinangady: Bike lifter arrested

Uppinangady, March 03, 2020:  Uppinangady Police  have arrested a youth who was wanted in a bike theft case and have recovered a stolen bike from him.

 

The arrested person is Vinay (25) of Kaukrady village. Satish Gowda  had earlier lodged a complaint stating that his bike parked at Kalleri in Karaya village of Belthangady taluk on February 28 was stolen. It is learnt Gowda had parked his vehicle and left for Mangaluru. The bike was missing when he returned in the evening.

The accused was arrested at Nekkilady Junction.
