Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh receives warm welcome at Mangaluru Airport

Mangaluru, Mar 09, 2019: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh who arrived at the Mangaluru International Airport on March 9 Saturday was accorded a warm welcome by several BJP leaders including Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel  and Party legislators Vedavyas Kamath, Dr Bharath Shetty, Sanjeeva Matandoor and Umanath Kotian.

 

The Home Minister is scheduled to address a meeting of booth and mandal level party workers of Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Shivamogga and Chikkamagaluru at Nehru Maidan.

He will also address a meeting of intellectuals at TMA Pai Convention Hall. Singh is likely visit the Polali Shree Rajarajeshwari Shrine which is celebrating Brahmakalashotsava.

Security has been tightened in the city in the wake of the Minister’s visit.
