Ullal : Young pair at beach handed over to police; boy’s mother dies of cardiac arrest

Mangaluru, Mar 17, 2015 : A young  pair  reportedly belonging to different communities who were spotted at the  beach at Mogaveerapatana in Ullal on March 16 Monday evening were handed over to the police by locals. It is said the locals grew suspicious because the pair was  found behaving indecently.

Meanwhile, in another development, Zohra (41).the mother of the 19 year old boy Ubaidulla (19) from Kudroli who was taken to the station, died of cardiac arrest the same day on coming to know that her son was detained. Sources said she was suffering from a heart ailment.

It is learnt, Ubaidulla along with a girl from Moodushedde, both studying  PUC at Matha Tutorials had come to the beach in a Honda Activa Scooter. Later the locals after enquiring them had informed the police who took the two to the office of the ACP.
