Ulaibettu resident arrested in murder attempt case

Mangaluru, June 28, 2019: The Mangaluru Rural Police and Anti-Rowdy Squad sleuths have arrested a person named Ansar (30) from Ulaibettu in connection with a murder attempt case reported  at Mallur two months ago.

Police said the arrested person   had several cases against him including cattle theft cases. Police were on the lookout for him since 2012.

He was arrested from near Kannur on Wednesday following a definite clue.
