Udupi : Pistol, live bullets seized from a man near Bhujanga Park

Udupi, June 23, 2016 :  A man who was found in possession of a pistol and six live bullets was arrested by the DCIB police on June 22, Wednesday.

The arrest  of the accused namely Raghavendra Kanchan (30) was made near Bhujanga Park in the city following a tip off. 

The pistol seized from him is said to be worth Rs 75,000.

 ASI Rosario D’ Souza led the operation.
