Udupi : One dead, 3 injured as car rams into tempo

Udupi, July 14, 2018: A  collision between a car and a tempo on the National Highway 66 at Santhekatte on July 14, Saturday morning has claimed the life of the tempo driver. Three persons who were in the car sustained injuries in the mishap.

 

The deceased has been identified as Sunder Nayak. It is said  that the car which was on way to Kundapur from Udupi  went out of control of its driver, rammed into the driver and collided against the tempo which was on the other side of the divider.

The tempo driver who was critically injured in the mishap died while being rushed to the hospital. The injured have been admitted to Manipal Hospital.
