Udupi: Nejaru murder accused produced before court

Udupi, Mar 27, 2024: Praveen Chowgule, the accused in the Nejaru murder case wherein four members of a family were killed, was produced before the Second JMFC Court of Udupi on March 27, Wednesday.

 

The accused was produced before the court as per the instructions given to the Parappana Agrahara prison officials by the court. Officials from Parappana Agrahara escorted him to the court and then took him back to Bengaluru.

The court had asked that he be produced for framing of charges.

It may be recalled here that he has been accused of killing Haseena (46) and her children Afnan (23), Ainaz (21) and Aseem (12) at their home at Nejaru on November 12 last year.
