Udupi : Negligence of city council, school van driver’s initiative to fill potholes

Udupi June 27, 2016:  The drivers of two school vans  join hands to fill tae potholes have turned to ditches.They have complained of the negligence of the corporation regarding the road near Beedinagudde in udupi on June 27, Monday.

 

The drivers are identified as Vigneshwara bhat and Krishna Prasad.

They express their agony saying that , the road  wastarred only four months ago and washed away due to sub- standard work in the rain causing pot holes in many places. Local people had complained about it to the city council but no action was taken.

On noticing the negligence of city council the drivers on safer side take steps to repair the roads by filling potholes with mud. Atleast after seeing this the  people have hoped that the council wakes up and takes temporary preventive measures the damged roads to avoid danger in future.
