Udupi : Minister Pramod Madhwaraj inaugurates sports meet for journalists

Udupi, Jan 31, 2018: Udupi District in-charge Minister and State Minister for Youth Empowerment and Sports Pramod Madhwaraj  inaugurated the annual Sports meet  for journalists organised by the  Udupi Press Club and Udupi District Working Journalists Union at the Mahatma Gandhi Stadium here on January 31, Tuesday.

 

Speaking on the occasion the Minister said sports was a great binding factor and added that such events also provide the much needed relief to journalists from their hectic schedule.

Udupi Deputy Commissioner Priyanka Mary Francis,  Assistant Director of Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports Dr Rohan Kumar Shetty, Udupi Information Officer Rohan and others were present.
