Udupi : JD(S) youth leader meets tragic end in road mishap

Udupi, Dec 16, 2015:  A JD(S) leader from Padubidri  met a tragic end in a road mishap  in front of the Vidya Niketan  school at Kaup on December 15, Tuesday.

The deceased is Nischal Shetty (36) from Alangaruguttu, District Youth President of JD(S).

The bike which Shetty was riding was hit by a fish laden truck.

A seriously injured Nischal  breathed his last while being rushed to hospital, while his friend Mohan Kalmady who was the pillion rider was seriously injured and is undergoing treatment  at a private hospital in Manipal.

 Nishcal   was married just last year and has left behind his wife and mother.
