Two youth drown in Kumaradhara river

Subrahmanya, Nov 15, 2018: Two youngsters who had ventured into the Kumaradhara waters for fishing, drowned at Gaganakaje in Subrahmanya police station limits on November 14, Wednesday evening.

The deceased are Rakshith and Latish, both residents of Devarakadu in Devachalla village.

The duo along with three others were  fishing right since the  morning.

It is said during evening one among the two slipped and the other person rushed to his rescue. Eventually both of them drowned.

Subrahmanya Police have visited the spot. The bodies are yet to be retrieved. Search is underway.
