Two held with illegal explosives in Karkala

Karkala,Oct 06, 2017 : Two people  allegedly carrying explosives from Sanoor were arrested by Karkala police on October 06, Friday.

 

Gopi(48)of Bengaluru and Thrimurthy(48)of Karkala are the persons arrested.


Sources said that Gopi and Thrimurthy  did not have a license to deal in explosives but were carrying them to quarry owners. A car, gelatine sticks and detonators worth Rs 25,000 were seized from them.

Karkala Town police are investigating the case.
