Two Kerala based KSRTC buses stoned in Talapady , Beeri

Kasargod, Feb 24, 2017: Miscreants’ pelted stones at Kerala based KSRTC buses at Talapady and Beeri today, February 24, Friday following which police tightened the security in the region.

The stones were pelted at KSRTC bus plying from Mangaluru towards Kasragod at Talpady check post first. Later another incident of the same was reported at Beeri. In both the incidents windshield of the bus was damaged but luckily no injuries were reported.

Investigations is underway.

Note: Prohibitory orders under section 144 of CrPC have been clamped in Mangaluru city police commissionerate limits for 42 hours starting 6pm on February 24.
